In Algeria, the constitutional revision in 2008 led to the adoption of a new organic law on modalities increasing the chances of access to elected assemblies (January 2012) for women. It is in this spirit and in accordance with the work plan of the project "Support to the effective and sustainable participation of women in elected assemblies", that the MICLAT and theUnited Nations Development Program (UNDP) launched in 2015 and 2016 a cycle of capacity building sessions for locally elected women in (12) pilot wilayas. The cycle targeted more than 800 women elected from the wilayas concerned and was a great success among elected women. The objective of this capacity building is, throughthis support to women politicians, improve the management, governance and representativeness of local communities. All women politicians from 34 pilot wilayas will be invited to take part in these capacity building workshops. will proceed according to 05 regional groupings having by centers, as an indication: Biskra, Annaba, Boumerdes, Sidi Bel Abbes and Laghouat. Interested candidates (design office, training firm, schools) are invited to send their tender, including all the aforementioned documents, to the email address procurement.project. dz@undp.org, indicating as subject: "Training cycle for the profits of elected women" .Documents constitutingthe offer: duly filled CV indicating at least three reference persons, duly completed and signed form of confirmation of interest and availability (Annex 3), methodological note explaining the proposed approach for the execution of the mission.Financial offer lump sum for the achievement of the expected products.The latest deadline for submission is 03novembre 2018.
