Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Installation of Global Positioning System (GPS) Vehicle Tracking Devices for the African Union Commission. Bid Validity: Proposals should be valid for at least 90 Calendar days from the bid closing date. Bid Opening: Received bids will be opened immediately after the bid closing deadline, at 15:00 hours Addis Ababa Local Time on [2 July 2021] in the presence of bidders or bidders- representatives who choose to attend virtually the bid opening session for which the link shall be shared with all bidders in advance. Late bids will be rejected, and the concerned bidders shall be informed accordingly. Bid Submission Modalities and Submission Deadline: This is a TWO separate electronic folders bidding. Bidders should ensure that the Technical and Financial proposals are enclosed in TWO separate electronic folders clearly indicating the title and Procurement number
