- The International Labor Office (ILO) is pleased to invite your business to submit an offer for the services described in the submission form attached to this letter (Annex I). is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to BIT contracts. Please return your completed submission form with the certificate form (appendix II) duly signed by a legal representative of your company. The conditions set out in terms and conditions Applicable to Bit contracts, as well as any other condition set out in this mail or attached to it, will be an integral part of the contract concluded with the contractor. In the event of acceptance of your offer, you will receive a right order form. The bit must receive your Offer before August 18, 2025, 00: 00 time of Algiers - Algeria. The offers received after the deadline indicated above will not be examined. The BIT reserves the right to reject the offers that are not subject to compliance with these instructions.
