Quotation are invited for Shatter-Resistant Window Film (SRWF) for Residential Security Clear Film - 0.08 thickness - 152.4cm x 30.5m Qty: 10 rolls Impact Performance Shatter-resistant window film shall be tested for impact in accordance with ANSI Z97.1 or 16 CFR 1201 Tensile Strength The shatter-resistant window film samples tested shall exhibit a minimum tensile strength at break of 172.4 MPa 25,000 pounds per square inch when tested in accordance with ASTM D 882. Peel Strength The shatter-resistant window film shall exhibit a minimum peel strength of 790 Nlm 4.5 pounds/inch for when tested in accordance with ASTM D 3330 Tear Strength The shatter-resistant window film samples tested shall exhibit a minimum tear strength greater than 25 pounds-force when tested in accordance with ASTM D-1004 Puncture Strength The shatter-resistant window film samples tested shall exhibit a minimum puncture strength of 130 pounds average when tested in accordance with ASTM D-4830 Surface Abrasion (aka Taber Abrader Test) The shatter-resistant window film shall exhibit a change in haze not to exceed 3.2 percent following 100 turns, using 500-gram weights on a CS 1OF abrasive wheel when tested in accordance with ASTM D 1044 Flame Spread and Smoke Density The shatter-resistant window film shall exhibit a flame spread index not exceeding 25 and a smoke density index not exceeding 100 when tested in accordance with ASTM E 84 No specific brand is required.
