Dear bidder, As part of the RAIA project, financed by the Multi-Partner Trust Fund for Youth and Employment in Tunisia (MPTF) and implemented jointly by the FAO and the ILO, a bootcamp will be organized in Hammamet from May 5 to 7, 2026, bringing together young people from the target governorates. In order to ensure the participation of selected young people as well as regional representatives of APIA, the project plans to recruit an events agency to ensure accommodation and transport participants in the boot camp from May 5 to 7 in HAMMAMET. To enable you to prepare and submit an offer, please refer to the attached annexes in the attachments area. The ILO must receive your offer no later than 04/18/2026 at 11:59 p.m., deadline indicated on the ILO e-procurement platform (Jaggaer)s. Late offers will be rejected. You may submit an offer to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to supply the goods, works and/or services specified in this request for quotation. Participation in this request for quotation implies acceptance of the general conditions applicable to ILO contracts, the link of which appears in Annex IV.
