Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Inclusion of Citizen Climate Security into the Interfaith Dialogue Forum on Violent Extremism The scope of work for the Consultant will be as Lead researcher. The Terms of Reference include: • Enhance understanding on MHPSS and its linkages with Climate Security as an early warning to prevent violent extremism. • Develop capacity building guidelines on the nexus between PVE MHPSS, interfaith approaches and Climate Security. • Update the existing iDove MHPSS to include newly identified climate security linkages. • Explore the change in VE trends globally and in Africa specifically and concurrently identify potential impacts on psychosocial support mechanisms, provide recommendations to fill in the gaps • Provide recommendations /prepare a guide for working with at-risk individuals those affected by VE and climate change impacts Consultants will be selected under the Fixed Budget selection method where the Consultant who has submitted the highest ranked technical proposal within the set pass mark and within the budget will be selected for award of contract. The consultant will be paid an amount not exceeding Fifteen Thousand United States Dollars (USD $ $15,000.00), for a period of 60 working days.
