- Request for Proposals for The Directorate of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction of the Wilaya of Biskra, whose headquarters are located in the administrative district of Upper Biskra, with the criminal identification number of the contracting service being 057507019059800, hereby announces a national open call for tenders with the requirement of immediate qualifications for the following sections: Municipality of Djour 190 lots for rural housing, grouped, lot 52 53 lots for grouped sports housing Municipality of Tolga 12 plots for grouped rural housing 11 plots for grouped rural housing, Djawaad Several roads 18 plots for grouped rural housing, AĂŻn Oulmene road, with a share of roads Participation in the tender is open to companies: Holding a qualification certificate and classification of grade (63) and above, specialty civil engineering, public works, building, not expired. Having completed at least two (02) projects in the field of construction or rehabilitation of public buildings or infrastructure, or having experience of at least twelve (12) months in the same field of activity during the last five (05) years. Up to date with their professional qualifications with the National Order of Chartered Accountants and Experts (ONEC), for lot code 25 relating to the water supply activity. Tender Dossier The project site is fixed. Sanitation: Companies with a qualification certificate for activity code 15 relating to plumbing, drainage and sanitation are invited to tender. The deadline for submission of tenders is: 20 days from the first publication of this announcement in the Wilaya of Biskra Daily. Submission of Tenders Tenders must be submitted to the Directorate of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction of the Wilaya of Biskra, Department of Economy and Finance, during working hours.
