- As part of UNICEF Algeria's support for its government partners, a call for tenders is launched for the selection of a travel agency which will provide support for the following services: Reservation of hotels in several wilayas of the country for accommodation services, catering and conference room; Purchase of tickets at the local level. Agencies must have the ability to negotiate with hotels of acceptable rank, with spacious conference rooms and sound equipment, clean and with a good reputation in order to offer a UNICEF the best offers in terms of quality/price ratio. In the event of unavailability of flights for the dates indicated, the agency may propose flight dates which will coincide for check-In and check-Out at the hotels. The agency must monitor in situ or remotely the smooth running of the support at the hotel level. Agencies must transmit a detailed financial offer broken down by service as well as agency fees. Agencies must transmit references for support of similar works. Offers must be presented by lot / in the form of Zip or link as specified in the Excel files in the appendixExample: ficheri01/ Polio training/ SBCFile 02: School health training/ MS Deadline for receipt of offers on October 31 2025.
