Description:
The Sub-delegation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Tindouf invites suppliers to tender for the establishment of a Framework Agreement relating to the supply and delivery of single-use diapers for adults ( hereinafter referred to as the "Properties"). UNHCRmay grant one or more Framework Agreement(s) with an initial duration of two (2) years, possibly extendable for a further period of one (1) year. Successful bidders will be invited to maintain their offered prices throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement. The estimated annual needs ofu UNHCR are listed and specified in Annex A. Please note that the figures have been stated to provide bidders with an indication of anticipated requirements. They do not in any way represent a commitment on the part of UNHCR to purchase these quantities. Quantities may vary anddepend on the needs and the actual available funds regulated by the issuance of the individual purchase orders by referring to the framework agreement.
