Description:
The UNE High Commissioner of the United Nations Subdelegation for Refugees (UNHCR) in Tindouf invites suppliers to submission for the establishment of a contract (s) -Cadre (s) relating to the supply and delivery of hygienic towels and diapers for adults and children (named below "goods"). The HCR can grant one or more Agreements -Cadre (s) with an initial duration of two (2) years, possibly extensible for a new period one (1) year. The tenderers selected will be invited to maintain their prices offered during the duration of the agreement (s) -Cadre (s). The estimated annual needs of the UNHCR are taken up and specified in Annex A. Please note that the figures have been stated to allow tenderers to have an indication of the planned needs. In any case, they represent a commitment from the UNHCR to buy these quantities. These quantities may vary and depend on the needs and funds available real regulated by the issue of individual order pleas by referring to the framework agreement.
