Description:
The representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Algeria invites skilled travel agencies to submission for the establishment of one or more framework contracts relating to the supply of travel services (ticket office and related services) on behalf of HCR. The framework contracts will have an initial duration of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional period of one (1) year. The selected agencies will have to maintain the prices offered during the duration of the contract (s). Reference terms (TDR) are detailed in Appendix A of this document. Note that the annual volumes of the travel expenses mentioned in Appendix A are provided for information only and in no case constitute a UNHCR commitment to buy tickets for these amounts. Volumes may vary depending on real needs UNHCR and funds available, and will be governed by the issue of individual purchase orders in accordance with the framework contract.
