Description: Context and objective: UNICEF launches a call for offers for the selection of a provider whose mission will be the logistics organization at the Hotels level of the following wilayas: Souk Ahras/ Oran/ Algiers. The chosen agency must be able to ensure the services contained in the Excell -boisoin Event leaf. Note that the services of the hotels must answer the file bearing TDR and be of acceptable rank (3 or 4 stars) to ensure A quality training intended for civil servants and specialists.
