Below is a summary of the tasks to be carried out: The consultant will act as an external collaborator. senior expert in public employment services to support ANEM as part of the Youth NEET program. The mission will focus on carrying out a targeted institutional diagnosis (PES Scan), analyzing and aligning the service offering with a logic of audience segmentation, the development of a structured catalog of differentiated services and the formulation of a progressive deployment plan integrating governance, training and change management. The mission will be carried out in coordination with an expert statistician recruited separately for the profiling and data analysis component.
