Description:
The consultant will act as a senior expert in public employment services to support ANEM within the framework of the Youth NEET program. The mission will focus on carrying out a targeted institutional diagnosis (PES Scan), analysis and the alignment of the service offering with a logic of audience segmentation, the development of a structured catalog of differentiated services and the formulation of a progressive deployment plan integrating governance, training and change management. The mission will be carried out in coordination with an expert statistician recruited separately for the profiling and data analysis component.
