- Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the tasks to be carried out: The consultant will act as an external collaborator. labor market statistician to support the National Employment Agency (ANEM) in the development of a job seeker profiling system based on administrative data. The mission will focus in particular on the audit and analysis of the ANEM database, data cleaning and structuring, the design of a profiling methodology and the development of an unemployment vulnerability index. The consultant will also conduct econometric analyzes and segmentation techniques in order to identify several typical profiles of job seekers, making it possible to improve the targeting of support services.
